2. Explanations regarding data processing
We process your data strictly in accordance with the legal requirements in Switzerland (in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection «FADP») and the European Union (in particular the European General Data Protection Regulation «GDPR»).
2.1 Legal basis for data processing
The following legal bases are essentially applicable to the processing of your personal data:
- a) Insofar as we obtain your consent for processing, Art. 27 para. 1 DSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR serve as the legal basis.
- b) When processing personal data for the purpose of executing a contractual relationship, the contractual relationship serves as the legal basis in accordance with Art. 27 para. 2 lit. a DSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures.
- c) Insofar as processing is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, Art. 27 para. 1 DSG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR serve as the legal basis.
- d) For further processing, we rely on our overriding interest within the meaning of Art. 27(1) DSG and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, for example to optimally tailor our offers to the needs of our customers and to continuously improve them, to carry out marketing activities in order to be able to offer you suitable products or services, and to show you advertisements that are relevant to you. If you believe that our interests as set out here do not outweigh your interests or fundamental rights, you have the right to object to this data processing at any time within the legally permissible framework (see section 5).
2.2 Scope of data processing
2.2.1 Provision of the website and creation of log files
Our website collects a range of general data each time it is accessed. This general data and information is stored in the server's log files. The following data is collected:
Date and time of the request, time zone difference to GMT, content of the request, access status/HTTP status code, amount of data transferred, website from which the request originated, browser (including language and version) and operating system.
When using this general data, no assignment to a specific person takes place. The collection of this data is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data and log files is Art. 27 (1) DSG and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. The collection and temporary storage of this data for the provision of the website is essential for the operation of our website. Consequently, there is no possibility for the user to object.

Our website contains a contact form that can be used to contact us. The data entered in the contact form is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL encryption). The data entered in the contact form is stored for the purpose of processing or contacting the person making contact. This data is not passed on to third parties. Your consent is obtained for the processing of the data during the registration process and reference is made to this privacy policy. Alternatively, you can contact us via our email address. In this case, the personal data transmitted with the email will be stored and processed. The legal basis for the processing of your data in connection with the contact form is Art. 27 (1) and (2) (a) DSG and Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. You have the option of revoking your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. However, in the event of revocation, we will not be able to continue the conversation with you.
